We have outsourced the ultimate provision of training to Senate Security Training Ltd. Working to strict SLA Agreements, we have ensured a proactive and sustainable approach to our Training capability. This partnership gives us access to a range of trainers with a wide range of expertise, from Police, Armed Forces, Commercial, Corporate and leading retailers, various teaching qualifications, and a team who have a wealth of experience in every aspect of security management. All are accredited trainers for the SIA, NVQs, BETEC and Edexcel, and NCFE. Senate has the ability to deliver a bespoke response to meet our Clients’ ever changing needs, for example the NOCN BTEC qualifications in Counter Terrorism and Defence.

Although both organisations trade independently, Senate Training Ltd and Equinox operate as supply partners under a contractual agreement. Senate provides Equinox with leading edge training solutions and specialist consultancy functions which extend far beyond the scope of any in-house capability. This arrangement gives our Clients the reassurance of impartiality and offers the expertise of one the Security Industry's leading specialist consultancies.

Paul Keeling, head of Senate Security Training has an excellent reputation and background in security training. A former Senior Police Commander, Paul’s appointments include Director of Studies at the National Home Office Crime Prevention College and advisor to HM Security Services on Industrial Security.
