Our principled approach applies to every part of our organisation, cascaded throughout our company via our Business Ethics, Corporate and Social Responsibility Programme, Health and Safety and Environmental Policy.  

We are committed to the correct disposal and, where possible, the recycling of waste products. We also choose to use environmentally friendly materials whenever possible and are committed to responsible energy management.

We have a strong commitment to acting in the best interest of our customers, employees and the local communities as well as our shareholders. This means our business decisions are not only based on financial considerations but also the immediate and long-term social and environmental consequences of our activities.

We adhere to nationally recognised standards covering everything from record keeping to operational procedures and we work closely with bodies including the BSI, HSE and the British Safety Council to ensure we provide the best possible service, comply with legislative requirements and keep up-to-date with new developments.

We actively support both National and local Charities through sponsorship and donations. Our Group Commercial Director is a Trustee for Lliw Valley Women’s Aid, a Charity that supports women and children who experience domestic abuse and helps them to forge better, stronger lives free from fear.
